This website is maintained by Continuous Technologies International Ltd. (“CTINT”, "the Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your use of this website and all of its features and webpages (referred to collectively as the “Site”). Your use of the Site represents your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including any documents, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference (referred to collectively as the “Terms”). Some of the Content is created and/or owned by CTINT. Other portions are created or provided or owned by third parties such as suppliers, vendors, and licensors. We do not grant any license or right in any copyright of the Company or other copyright owner whose materials are placed or provided on the Site.

CTINT may make available a link to a third party’s website on the Site. CTINT makes no representations, warranties, or other commitments whatsoever about any non-CTINT websites or third-party resources. Parties other than CTINT may offer and provide products and services on or through the Site. Except for CTINT branded information, products or services that are identified as being supplied by CTINT, CTINT does not operate, control, or endorse any information, products, or services on the Site or accessible through the Site in any way. CTINT is concerned about your privacy and has developed a policy to address privacy concerns. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CTINT and its directors, officers, representatives, partners, vendors and employees from and against all claims, damages, liabilities and expenses resulting from your breach of the Terms. As and when CTINT is defending any allegation and/or claim made by any third party, you agree to cooperate with us and render assistance to us where possible in our defence against such allegation and/or claim.

Termination

CTINT may at its sole discretion terminate or restrict without prior notice any user’s access to the Site and/or to such user’s account without prejudice to CTINT’s right to claim for indemnification or damages.

Applicable Law

The Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
